Join us for a Forest Therapy Walk.
What is Forest Therapy?
Shinrin-yoku (Japanese Forest bathing) known in Australia as Forest Therapy is a preventative health practice that includes a guided, gentle slow walk in nature, using all of our senses to tune into the world around us.
Benefits of Forest Therapy:
“When we allow ourselves the time to be in nature, nature has the power to rejuvenate our health and wellbeing. When we take the opportunity to be in touch with nature we can more fully appreciate that we are part of all that is around us” (quote from Nature Being website).
